Flooring for Independent Living / 55+

Independent living communities are designed for people 55 and over who are capable of living independently and do not require specialized medical care. These communities offer single-family homes, duplexes, condos, and apartments and include floor plans that typically include a full kitchen, living and dining areas. Many of these communities provide amenities such as onsite dining, gyms, fitness centers, recreation events, swimming pools and even golf courses.
