Empowering the Next Step in the Value Chain

Scaling impacts with confidence

We set sustainable foundations for our partners to build on. By distilling Cradle to Cradle principles into eco-friendly vinyl flooring, sustainable carpet tiles and many other sustainable flooring options from the start, we empower better end-of-life options for every step of the value chain. We deliver transparency and line of sight through our Material Health Statements (MHS) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Our floors give our customers the confidence and the know-how to scale our story into their own.

The Proof Behind the Words

Our actions make our partners more inherently sustainable with products and processes that consider every step of the value chain.

Sourcing Confidence

We work to engage with responsible suppliers with 49% of targeted suppliers adopting our code of conduct or equivalent best-operating practices.

We don’t hide what’s in our products. Our product MHS and EPDs help our customers select products that better align with their initiatives with confidence.

Our floors’ health and sustainability focus aren’t limited to our premiere products. We design sustainability and high health standards into every price category.

Raising the Floor

We believe floors always have value. While we work toward flooring that is 100% recyclable, we are partnering with our customers to take back and repurpose old flooring through our ReStart® program, totaling 112,000 tons collected since 2010.

Our material selection process doesn’t simply look at healthy materials for humans. We ensure 70% of our raw materials do not contribute to resource scarcity by using renewable, abundant or recycled materials.

We work with third parties to certify and accredit our actions. Since 2011, we have worked with the EPEA to not only integrate Cradle to Cradle principles into every facet of our business but make sure there’s proof behind our statements.

Crafting Healthier Futures

Sustainability is a collaborative effort. We take the first steps with radical transparency and a value chain focus so our partners and customers can step further. We aren’t just making floors. We’re creating healthier futures.
